I ordered three ladies tank tops. On the ad they stated they were 100% cotton.

I can only wear cotton due to a skin condition. They arrived after a very long wait and were synthetic. I emailed the company and never got a reply. Then I disputed it with PayPal.

Well the company kept arguing back and forth and told me I would have to return the items to America which would have cost more than the items were worth at my expense even though they falsely advertised the tshirt materials and then no guarantee of a refund as I had read reviews stating they will deny receiving it.

PayPal denied the claim due to them requiring me to return and foot the bill for the return shipping. So over $100 down the drain.

SCAM!

This is a scam site. I ordered a cooler and never received it. The money was taken out of my account but nothing ever shipped. I tried multiple times to contact them by phone and there is an answering machine that is a "Google caller" generic recording . I tried to contact them via email and 3 days later I received a reply stating my order was never received by them although the payment was taken from my account. My credit card information was stolen too. Do not use this site. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made this costly mistake.

I ordered a singlet and said it was $19.99 and shipping was $6.99 which i was okay with. They then took $41.96 out of my account. And ive tried emailing and ringing and have had no answer out of them. *** I want my money back!!!!! not happy at all. if i dont hear back from them or get a refund it will be taken further, $41.96 for a singlet!! i think no!!!!!!! and no where at all did it say anything at all about taking $41 *** dollars out of my account! i will definitely never ever be buying from these people ever again!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! i am not impressed at all! i want my bloody money back! reply to my emails and give my money back now please!!!

I ordered 2 shot glasses and said they shipped out on the 18th. Its now the 25th and nothing has been shipped. The tracking number doesnt even work. Also, my credit card info was stolen from them. Be careful!!

Worst Company Ever

I ordered this *** Corona cooler backpack with Bluetooth speaker built in. I ordered this in August and it is now October and it still isn't here. We relieved emails confirming that we did order it, and then the next day we got another email saying that it was on back order. No problem for us until we didn't get another update about the package. We called asking what was going and they stated that it would be shipped out in a week and you will get another confirmation email. That NEVER happened and it is now October and we still didn't get the package. We called one more time and just ended up canceling the order and getting our money back due to the customer service on the other end of the phone. We do not recommend ordering from WearYourBeer!!!!

Horrible Customer Service

I order 5 matching Hoodies from Wearyourbeer.com in different sizes. When I placed the order on a Sunday, their website told me ALL items I ordered were in stock and available. On Monday, I got an email stating that 2 of the sizes were actually on backorder and it would be 2-16 days before they would be in! Additionally, I paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping which would get me my items by Thursday. Items did not arrive till Saturday! When I call WYB customer service, the spokeswoman I talked with was rude, condescending, and offered no recourse to my complaints! Simply stating "we're a small business and things like this happen". I WILL NOT order from them again and encourage anyone thinking of ordering from them to think twice! Read the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

Wearyourbeer.com ordered a shirt on Saturday June 9th package received an email on the 11th stating it was shipped but it didn't really ship out till the 14th and I'm still waiting for it to arrive was supposed to be here the 19th then pushed back till the 20th and now it says the 21st. Horrible shipping buyer beware!!!!

I paid for and received a damaged shirt from wearyourbeer.com. They asked for multiple pictures, an explanation and still wanted for me to pay the return shipping as well as take 35% restocking fee from the price of the shirt. Why? Are they going to restock a damaged shirt? What kind of poor business practice is that? I initially did't even ask for a refund but rather an exchange for an undamaged shirt; but the value in trying to salvage their reputation and retain a loyal customer was completely lost I suppose in the potential to gain a few dollars from the sale of one shirt? The bigger loss for them is the bad word of mouth that will be spread and lower sales volume realized as no one I know will buy from them.

Back on May 21, 2015 I ordered a product (TShirt) from one of this company, I paid extra for expedited shipping. That next morning I called to cancel, since I never received information that the product was shipped I figured I would catch it in time. When I spoke to the representative she had stated that the product was shipped that same day. She said I was still able to return it and that I should just mark it as "return to sender". On May 28 or 29, 2015 (not exactly what I call expedited shipping) I received that package and turned around and sent it back, just like I was told. When I never heard back or saw a refund of my money, I called and they said they hadn't received it yet. I went through the same scenario above explaining the situation, the lady on the phone was the one to tell me that the package was shipped from a different location and they have to check and she would get back to me. Never heard back and had to call again and explain the situation, again, and she told me the same thing and she would get back to me. She did get back to me and stated they hadn't received it yet. This went on for several conversations. Finally the supervisor Linda got involved and she told me the same thing. She told me she would hear more information "tomorrow" and would promise to call me back either way, she never called me back. When I had to call her back, she stated she didn't hear anything until later that afternoon, ok fine but you promised you would call back either way and you didn't. I told them if I didn't have my refund I was contacting the BBB, they didn't care. I asked for her managers name and she stated something like, I don't have one, and I said, oh so you report to know one, she is like I can't give out that info. To me it was, I don't want you to talk to my manager. She emailed me to tell me what she has been repeating asking me the same thing, I tell her the same information, I don't have a tracking number, I was told to mark "return to sender". After a few emails back and forth, I get a different email from Roy Laniado, saying "It shouldn’t be much longer. As soon as its returned to sender we can refund you in full." I email Roy again and told him again I wanted my full refund including shipping and again today he said that he isn't doing anything until he receives the package. And Again I told him it was sent back the way his staff told me to send it back. Its convention for him to say he doesn't have it. I've caught them in lies. It's been over a month since this process started and nothing has changed. I don't have it, they claim they don't have it. I don't trust a word that comes out of Linda's mouth. Very bad customer service. Do not trust them, buy nothing.
